Shipping and Returns

We use Royal Mail to deliver your order and we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation from us. We do not provide tracking information, but we obtain proof of postage for every order.

We include the rate of shipping, within the United Kingdom, in the purchase price. We do not ship to international addresses.

If you wish to return your order, please email us first and we will provide you with a returns address. You must include a note with the returned goods containing your name, contact details, proof of purchase and reason for return (although you are not obligated to do so). You must return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring that the goods are returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct an amount from the refund if the goods are damaged, used or missing any parts.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to a cooling off period of 14 days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return the goods at your own expense, without having to give a reason. All returns can be indicated beforehand with our customer service department. All goods must be returned to our address.

The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to contracts, orders for any goods made to your specification, any downloaded goods or unsealed goods including but not limited to (DVD, CD, Tapes, Software, Video and Audio).

Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging. You can exercise this right to withdrawal without penalty, excepting the return fee for the goods. If you exercise the right to withdrawal, you have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses will be your responsibility.

If you exercise the right to withdrawal, we will make every effort to refund you within 14 days of receiving your notification of withdrawal or the returned goods, whichever is later. We will use the same payment method that you used for your order, unless you agree otherwise.
