Delivery Errors

We will arrange for the return of the incorrect product and send you the correct product as soon as possible, subject to availability of stock. We will cover the return shipping costs and any price difference between the incorrect product and the correct product.

If you receive a duplicate product or an extra product that you did not order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and provide us with proof of error, such as photos or a product code. We will arrange for the return of the unwanted product and refund you for the price of the product. We will cover the return shipping costs.
